Your restaurant account

• To access this application, you must log in with your restaurant's provided username and password. Use the credentials given by your local partner or retrieve them from the admin area of your restaurant account.

How it works

1. After configuring your restaurant profile and online menu, add the "See Menu & Order" button to your website to enable clients to begin ordering. Each order placed is promptly sent to this application, triggering a notification on your device.
2. Upon tapping on the order, you can access all details such as client contact information, payment method, ordered items, and any special instructions provided.
3. When accepting an immediate order, you must specify the time needed for order fulfillment. The client receives immediate notification upon order acceptance, along with the estimated pickup/delivery time.

With this application you can:

• Receive orders for pickup, delivery, dine-in, and table reservations on your smartphone or tablet.
• Access client details including name, phone number, email, and delivery address.
• View order specifics like items, quantity, price, payment method, and special instructions.
• Accept or reject new orders (confirmation is emailed to the client).
• Manage orders using three views: all orders, orders in progress, and orders ready for pickup/delivery.
• Mark an order as ready with a simple swipe gesture.
• Print orders automatically or on demand using compatible thermal printers.
